Access to Smart Services not working after being functional.

Hello,

 

We had some initial trouble getting access to the SNTC portal and after getting help from this site, the portal was working for a week or so.

 

Now when we try to access the site, we get the original "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access".   

 

Nothing has changed from our perspective - could someone please help us out?
