Hi,
I'm not able to access Cisco Services API for inventory and service contract coverage data despite having all the required access:
- In CSAM, I have API Developer and Customer Admin roles
- I've registered my application to access CSAPI services.
- In SmartNet Total Care portal, I'm able to access inventory, contract data.
- I'm able to access the data using SN2INFO API.
When I hit the following API endpoints, I get the error below:
-https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/customer-info/customer-details/ --> Returns empty data[] array
-https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/contracts/coverage?customerId=xxxx&serialNumber=xxxxx --> Returns "errorCode": "API_PARTY_002", "errorInfo": "Customer Id is not associated with Partner"

I have the same issue but I'm also having trouble with finding my customer ID.

I have the same issue when i make a get with url https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/contracts/contract-details?customerId=XXXXXXXX
