Hello,
I'm trying to register to the "Smart Net Total Care" portal, but I keep getting the following error, even though I updated my information in the Cisco Account Profile Manager :
"It appears that your account status is not active. Please update your information in Cisco Account Profile Manager.After updating your Cisco Account profile, restart registration process by visiting the Smart Net Total Care registration page."
Are you able to activate my account, or am I missing a step in the process ? My final objective is to access Cisco Support APIs.
