I am trying to have my colleague access sntc and every time she tried it, it redirects her login to get registered. I have added her in the CSAM already. Can I have someone look into this issue. From other post, this issue is at the back end of the system so cisco will need to get that fix. Please let me know how I can help to get this fix.
