It has come to our attention that one user received an email from customerexperience@path.cisco.com. If the user is not familiar with or using any CX products, it was the right decision to avoid clicking any links, even if the email appears to come from a Cisco.com address.
My research indicates that other customers have faced similar situations.
If the user wishes to stop receiving these emails, please use the following link to unsubscribe from Cisco communications: https://engage2demand.cisco.com/LP=3709. Enter the email address and click on "Unsubscribe."
