Adding DA to Service Account

I need to add a DA to the community Cisco Services Connection. I need to have access to the correct features within SNTC

Are you working with an existing account? A new account?

Hi Cesar, what they see in their SNTC account is very restricted. also after the CSPC sent the data and everything is now analysed in their account, they can not see any chartable data in their SNTC view. how can we solve this?

I just reviewed the screenshot on the initial post. It looks like they are accessing the Smart Care portal, which is separate from SNTC.
Are they trying to activate SNTC as well? If this is the case, they will need to perform the self onboarding steps (on the link I provided).

If the self-onboarding has taken place, please share the details of the user and company so that I can verify if there are issues.

You can PM me all details about the customer and what they wish to do as it's still a bit unclear with the details provided.
