Hi,
We have support contracts for our routers but also have minor items like UCS blades, Flash etc. that were bought later and were not in the original router order.
What is the procedure to add those items under a support contract? Are they covered under the same contract where the router they are built in is covered, or we need to buy a separate support contract?
