I received CRB Admin access to our customer's new Portal and have some privileges under Admin/Manage Users tab but not all radial button options are available for the customer to grant additional privileges. CSPC was deploy and entitled already.
I have currently have access to the following info under "manage access"
INFO: Product Alert Related Info in all Reports
ADMIN CAP: File Import, Collector Reg & User Access Mgmt
These radial buttons are missing for the customer to be able to grant me access to:
INFO: Device Config in all Reports, LOA Priviledges info in all reports
CAPABILITIES: Service Coverage Mgmt, Alert Mgmt, Delete Inventory Details & Update Device Site Info.
Is this a bug or what needs to happen so Customer Admin can grant me the additional privileges?

Could you please PM me CCOID of customer admin and CBR admin as well Company name? I will take a look and assist you further.
