API access issue - CSAPI-CONTRACTS

Hello, 

In order to manage our customers contract i work on CISCO API to request informations about it. 

I registered to access the CSAPI-CONTRACTS API successfully through the following platform : https://anypoint.mulesoft.com/apiplatform/apx/#/portals

According to the API documentation i generate a Bearer Token successfuly but i cannot request the API as i get an Error 403 Access Denied.

The requests appear on the following dashboard with a 100% Error rate.

Is there anything i miss ?
