My customer needs to change the "customer name" at their SNTC Portal, now the company has a new name.

Hello,
After verifying all the details over the PM, I have provided the followng-
Assigned role to the user as DA and CA to the party Id provided in the PM.
Enabled the services for SNTC portal.
Pushed a Manual Sync as well.
The portal is up and running, and the user will be visible in the Admin Tab.

I have acknowledged this post, and I will assist you on this one.
If you solely want to change the customer's name on the SNTC portal, go to;
Application setting on SNTC portal -> Customer Display name & then change it.
However, if the customer wants to change the name elsewhere, then please reach out to web-help@cisco.com
