Hi there,
My customer did the SNTC registration (services.cisco.com), received an email saying that he have been nominated to become the delegated administrator but he cannot access the SNTC portal, when he do the log in, the registration screen shows up again as a new user doing the registration for the first time. He already has CSAM access but not SNTC access.
Can somebody help me?
