I put in the contract and serial number and it takes me to the next page where I verify our physical address. But when I verify it I get a page saying:

As you seems to have a valid service contract you can open a TAC case and they can guide you to a more appropriated Channel. People around here Will not be able to help unless you are lucky enough to get some cisco employee

The contract used to create a portal instance is one of Hardware devices, while the contract type to open a TAC case for SNTC portal or CSPC collector for SNTC service are service contracts as described below :
SNTC Customers
Customers with only core SNTC contract are not entitled for TAC Collector (CSPC) or SNTC Portal Support. There is only Community support available for customers that do not have the contracts mentioned below.
To get TAC support for SNTC Collect and Portal customer needs to have Smart Assist. This is included in bellow mentioned contracts service levels ONLY:
Service Full Coverage contracts do not include Smart Assist deliverables.
Otherwise, If they do not have one of the above contracts, we must redirect them to SNTC Community Support.

Is Cisco performing updates on the site? I've noticed some AI additions. Also Cisco Trade Tool down https://gcta.cloudapps.cisco.com/FinAdm/GCTA/servlet/ControllerServlet?action=QueryForm&=true&dtid=osscdc000283

To be clear you trying to create a SNTC portal instance of your company so that you will install a CSPC collector to collect data and send to that portal correct ? Ping me private communication with your cco ID the contract the serial number and the company name you trying to create that portal instance
