Cannot Assign CBR Access

I work as Cisco partner.

Collector was installed sucessfully on the customer.   In CSAM tool, I´m trying to register External Role for some partner logins (mine and teammate), but the CBR User and CBR Admin checkbox can not be selected.

Both external accounts 

The same users was added suscesfully as CBR roles (admin and user) for another customer.

Tried the same procedure using a different Internet Browser and got the same problem.

You can find screencaps attached.

Could you help me, pls?

Can you please check whether there is a SNTC contract between Partner Company and Customer Company?

Hi,

In the meantime, I contacted a person from local Customer and Service Support, and he explained me that my My Enterprise Account on CISCO need to be Bill-To of final customer, after that I can add users of my organization as CBR user or admin.

So, we open a request to Cisco Customer Support Team (CSCC) and ask him change this.  

Now customer is able to add users of my organization as CBR Admin or CBR user.
