Hello Michael.
Thank you for contacting Cisco.
The Behaviour you are mentioning Points to 2 different situations, The first one is a CSV file Incorrectly filled and the second One an issue related to New inventories creation.
In order to clarify what is causing the issue, Please provide the following Information in a private message:
* Company name: (As appears in the services.cisco.com)
* Inventory and Segment: (If you are using an Existing one)
* Email/Cisco ID you are using to do the File import
* Are you using the CSV file Template Provided by the SNTC portal?
*Are you attempting to create a new inventory or are you Using an existing one?
once you provide all this information, We will require some time to validate.
Kind regards.

Hello Sir,
Greetings!
I just wondering why the sntc portal is empty, that is why I tried to import the data using csv file. For your information, All our cisco are managed by our third party vendor however, we decided to create our own account so that we can managed it. Is there anything to do on your end or the third party vendor so that our devices will be transfer to this account?
Thank you.
Regards,
Michael

Hello Michael.
The screenshot shows that there is no a 1st upload made, Once the first upload is made, the portal Will shows all the options missing in this specific Screenshot.
If what you need is to bring the information of your company to this portal, A CSV File is a good option, However the CSV file should be correctly filled Following the instructions in the same page you do the Import File.
"Use the sample CSV file to enter the device data in the requested formats for all devices you would like to manage in the Smart Services Portal. The parameters should be in identical order as shown in the file. You may import up to 50,000 serial numbers or rows Delete the instructions(Column I and row 2) before importing." Download Sample CSV File. please have in mind that there are some mandatory fields and some optional fields before doing the Upload of the CSV file.
