cannot nominate a DA over CSAM

Hello team,

 

I have a customer who cannot nominate a DA over csam because the CCOID is a shared ID.
The customer does not want to use the CCOID anymore due this conflict.
Can the customer create a new CCOID using the same company email after deleting the previous account linked to it?

Example of scenario:

 

CCOID: exampleID   Email: company@email.com

 

If customer deletes the previous account or updates the email information for the account. Can the customer reuse the email to create a new account? for example:

 

CCOID: exampleID   Email: newcompany@email.com  (account deleted/updated email)

CCOID: newID     Email: company@email.com

Since the customer does not want to use the CCOID anymore because the CCOID is a shared ID.

 

The best recommendation is to create a new CCO ID/email address for the DA nomination.

 

Especially for service request related scenarios where the team may have open cases related to that CCOID or service issues.
