Cannot register with Smart Net.

Hello,
Like others recently, I receive the following error when attempting to register with Smartnet total care portal.

" Your user profile does not have complete address. Please update your  Cisco Account profile with the complete address.  "

I have been in contact with Cisco support (web-help) via email and they have modified the address and checked it, but I still get the error above.  The address has been updated with a complete address.

Please do assist as I have been trying to get this done for a week now.

Hi team, thank you for your post, would you kindly provide me with the CR party ID of the company in question, and if possible any user associated with it?

Hi team, this happens when the person that is trying the process at the moment of doing so, in their profile the address does not match with the company, this might be because of various things, my advice would be to reach customer service so they can help you update your profile with the information needed. here is a link with their phone numbers: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-worldwide-contacts.html

hi,

I have modified the address to match the company exactly, still get the same error.  Customer service has gotten me nowhere for over 2 weeks now, the eventually referred me here.    Keeping getting the run around.. with no resolution in sight.

I have been in contact with Cisco support... and they said I should refer to the community forum. I have been referred to several departments and places and gotten absolutely nowhere as they keep passing me on from place to place, refusing to help.   

They will not help unless I have a contract of type TS Advantage Bronze/Silver/Gold and Platinum (TSAB, TSAS, TSAG, TSAP), AMSP, AMSS, AMST, FTSS, SPADV, PNSAS, CSAS or NLS1

I still get the same error when attempting to register with smartnet, saying that my address info is incomplete.

Support has been able to register my account with the smartnet portal.

Now I am able to log on but I am receiving the message below.

You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.

Can someone at Cisco please assist with this ? It is almost 3 weeks now, and Cisco support keeps referring me here and I get no answers.
