Cant see any inventory information in the SNTC portal

Two days ago I installed a COLLECTOR to a client, but I can't see any inventory information on the SNTC portal yet, also the data collection jobs are never completed properly, they say failed on the status. Can I get some help please.

I was able to verify the logs and see some attempts from this appliance.
It looks like the uploads are being rejected due to an incorrect timestamp on the collector.

Please review the CPSC documentation on how to update the time so that it’s accurate, then try a new upload. An accurate timestamp should resolve the issue.

Can you share screenshots of the issues you are facing? Both on the portal and on the collector.

The portal is empty, there is nothing on it apart from the name of the client. 

 

As you can see from the image, discovery and DAV jobs are successful, but when I try to do a collection data job or a RunNowUploadJob it fails. 

What is the appliance ID?

What do you mean by appliance ID?

It’s the collector’s unique identifier.
The appliance ID format is as follows: CSP00090*****

That would be CSP0009032225.
