Two days ago I installed a COLLECTOR to a client, but I can't see any inventory information on the SNTC portal yet, also the data collection jobs are never completed properly, they say failed on the status. Can I get some help please.
CSPC appliance is not getting updated with the 2.7.2.5 update. The update is stuck at "Apply-in-progress' status since last couple of days, reboot of the appliance already tried. See attached screen shot of the status message.

I was working in the portal yesterday but when I log in today everything is gone. The Customer section shows ALL_customer (0) instead of my company name but under the Application settings General tab it does list my company name correctly.
