Catalyst Center (aka DNAC) will never be a replacement for CSPC which is used on SNTC service. I believe you really asking if the CX Cloud Agent which is the CX portal support Track collector and when the service will migrate to CX cloud /CX agent. Those question need to be addressed by CX portal/CX agent success track teams.. But as an FYI at this point in time there is no set timeline for any migration/retirement of present process for CSPC and/or SNTC service
