CBR granted LOA in portal, but not seeing coverage end-dates

I can see customer's inventory in portal, but cannot see any contract info, specifically end-dates.  They just verified all boxes were checked under Admin section with start date of 1/24, granting me that access.

For further troubleshooting can you please send me the customer name and screenshot of the report where you are unable to view contract end date?
