Hello,   When I take the serial number of an equipment discovered by CSPC and put in the CCW I have the information that this equipment belongs to another client.   What is the procedure for correcting this issue?   Thanks!!!   - Jonildo

We have tried this in SNTC collector 2.7.3 and 2.8. Collector sees Cat9K switches, but when uploaded to Portal, they show up as unreachable. Have performed numerous discoveries and uploads. Even deleted entire inventory from Portal and uploaded again...
