CBRAdmin access issue

Hi team, 

My customer assigned CBRAdmin access for my company to his Smart Net Total Care Portal two days ago but I still not able to access his SNTC Portal.

I need some help with this issue, please.

Hi,

Assigned the CBR Admin access for your company to end customer Smart Net Total Care Portal please check if you are able to access the end customer SNTC Portal now.
