CBRAdmin Access Issue

Hi team, 

My customer assigned CBRAdmin access for my company to his Smart Net Total Care Portal ten days ago and I still not able to access his STNC Portal.

I need some help with this issue, please.

After verifying all the details, i have provided a manual push for the customer.

The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal.
