CBRAdmin acess failed

Hi there,

 

The customer assigned CBRAdmin User access to my company two days ago and I'm still not able to access his portal.

 

I need help, please.

  • End Customer Name 
  • End Customer Party Id
  • Partner Company name 
  • Partner Party id  
  • Contract Number 
  • CCO ID of the user

Hi , 

As we have looked on your issue , we have successfully onboarded the user into the SNTC Portal .
The user is assigned as the CBR Administrator of the company .
The user is also assigned as the CBR Administrator of the SNTC Portal of the company .
