CBRAdmin not access SNTC Portal

I have been access to CBRAdmin for customer Portobello SA but not accessing SNTC Portal.

Can you help me?

Please send me the cco id that needs access and the name of the account on SNTC portal for me to verify if access by the DA has been provided correctly.
