Hi there, 

I'm trying to become CBRAdmin of my customer's portal with a contract service level "ECMU SWSS" but he is not able to select my user checkbox, appears the message:

"If the checkbox for the role is not selectable, it is because the user is not associated with an external company, or the user is not a reseller of any of your company's Smart Net Total Care contracts and cannot be registered for portal access."

Is it possible to become CBRAdmin with the service level ECMU SWSS or not?

Only smartnet contract for hardware allow the user to become CBRAdmin?
