Hi,
We are trying to provide access to the SNTC portal via CSAM but the users is not listed in the CSAM portal.
The user is already part of the Company and has Contract associated with the accounts?
Kindly suggest how this can be rectified.

The responsibility of adding a SNTC admin user on CSAM is the role of the Company Delegate administrator on the CSAM tool

I have been assigned internal administrator role and should be able to provide access to the users, right? yet I don't see the requested user details in the list.

- Your Email Associated
- Emails Affected
- Company name:(specific branch, your company should have a lot of branches)
- Company Location: (Physical Address)
- Company CR Party ID:
