Cisco SNTC Portal Registration

In order to use Cisco CSPC, I created an account at SNTC and I received an e-mail for confirmation. They said that I could log in within 24 hours. But even though it has been more than 24 hours, I cannot log in to the SNTC portal yet and they say that I do not have a membership. Is there anyone who can help?
