Click Accept Error - Connection Timed Out

Hello, I am trying to request a Cisco ASA 3DES/AES License but unable to accept Click Accept the strong encryption download agreement as I receive the error "Your connection has timed out. Please reload."

I have tried on several machines and browsers, but the issue persists.

Hi Richard, it's frustrating that you're consistently getting a "Your connection has timed out. Please reload." error when trying to accept the Cisco ASA 3DES/AES license agreement, especially after trying multiple devices and browsers for a week. This strongly suggests a Cisco server-side issue or a network problem between you and their site. Your best next steps are to wait and retry at off-peak hours, try from a different internet network if possible, or most effectively, contact Cisco Support directly to report the persistent timeout and get assistance with the license agreement.
