Collecting WLC and AP

Hi there,

My customer's Access Point are here in Brazil, the Wireless Controller that manage the devices are in England. The collector reachs the WLC but doesn't bring the AP. What problem could that be? Discovery timeout? The Access Point needs a SNMP community too?

Hey Cisco SmartNet,

The APs should be reported with the WLC that manages them.  Where are you looking for the APs?  These will not appear on the CSPC, but will appear on the portal when a collection and upload job are ran.
