When attempting to login to the portal; I am getting the screen stating I do not have access. When logging into the collector it is requesting an entitlements file that I cannot get unless I have portal access. Thanks in advance.
Do you know who the delegated administrator is for your company? They will need to give you the appropriate permissions to generate the entitlement file.
