Hello,
could you please help me with my problem. I need to get information from about 300 devices, which are behind slow internet. I cant run the default profile, because of great overhead of these lines. The information i need to get to web support is about Serial numbers. I want to see devices which are supported and which are already unsupported.
Thanks

Hi hrdina129,
Could you possibly use the CSV file import instead?

Thanks,

Hello Lynden,
thanks for the reply. I tried to import CSV file and i have found, that i am missing Product ID in CSV file. Also missing this in list of devices. It could be the parameter preventing me from seeing the contracts. Do you know which command could reveal this Product ID?
Thank you
Best regards

Hi hrdina129,
You can try going into CLI and doing a show hardware command. That should show you the PID.

Hello niduddin,
thanks for idea. However this command is not suitable for switches 2960 plus it does not send PID to Collector for other command capable devices.
Best regards
