Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) 2.10.01

Hi Team,

I am looking for some help, At the moment I have been asked to deploy the CSPC to one of our customer's Environments.

Our Customer has ESXi and Nutanix, with Nutanix we tried the Cisco CSPC ISO, but this did not work error was A Start-Job is running for /etc/rc.d/rc.local Compatibility.

I then tried to Deploy the OVA and ISO image to the customer ESXi environment, but again hit the same issue. Start-Job is running for /etc/rc.d/rc.local Compatibility.

Is this something I need to involve Cisco Tac with?

Hi Grizzelz,

Sharing the summary of the issue-

Customer was not able to get past the initial configuration of the CSPC

Checked on the issue on a WebEx session

Asked the customer to press Alt + F1 to F9 to switch the tabs

After pressing Alt+F2, the admin password page was prompt
