When  I login to Check Device Coverage site I Fined 

Contract

Status EXPIRED ON 2021-12-31 Number 203156716 Type SNTC 8X5XNBD

Warranty

Status EXPIRED ON 2023-12-31 Type WARR-ELTD-LIFE-HW

What different between expiration on Contract and Warranty ?

Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty is only RMA of the platform.  Getting TAC request is not included.  

If this is a Catalyst 9k, minor & major firmware upgrade is already included in the purchase.

so I can open RMA cases although contract Status expired while warranty not

Correct, because of Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.
