Contract not showing on SNTC portal

Dears,

 I activated this Contract number : 95763924 for my customer. It is showing on CSCC and not showing on SNTC portal under his CCO ID.

Would you please advise how can we sort this issue out?

It is pure an SNT Contract 8*5*nbd.

Hi Manal,

The portal will only display a contract if there is at least one device under said contract in the inventory. Can you confirm that there is at least one collected device from that contract in the portal?
