CSAM Access

Hi 

 

We have been registered as DA for our organization and still unable to access CSAM , required access at the earliest as we need to implement CSPC

Hey NetworksNetworks9752,

 

It appears you are not looking in the right portal, you are in SmartAdvisor.  It appears you are looking for SNTC so that you can associate your CSPC collector and upload.  CSAM is the initial registration that must be done in the onboarding process.  You are now DA and get add users/access.  See below, the first link is in regards to Roles and Access.  You must provide your CCO ID with the desired role.  Once it has been added, let me know so I can push a sync.  I have also included the SNTC User guide, second link below.

I have checked the details and synced the account.  You should be able to access CSAM as DA now.  Try to access via link below and let me know if you are successful.

Hi Jumin , 

 

My only intention is to implement CSPC collector for which i have registered as DA and now with your help got CSAM access 

 

As per the CSPC collector installation guide , for registering CSPC collector i need to login to services.cisco.com 

After logging i couldn't able to see the CSPC Registration option 

Kindly let me know how to get this address , attaching the image for your reference
