CSAM Legal Agreement Issue

Hi there,

I'm facing the same issue again with another customer, he is trying to assign CBRAdmin access to my company but he is facing some CSAM issues. At CSAM, he accepted and assigned the legal agreement but it seems the tool doesn't recognize that, it never goes to CSAM home page, always redirect him to accept the legal agreement again, even with another browsers.

Can you help us, please?

Hello,

After verifying all the details, customer is now visible on the SNTC portal as CBR Admin.

INC will now be closed.
