We have a client and he is not seeing the option to upload the inventory manually in the sntc portal.

That option should be only be visible to user admin level, Please provide the cisco.com userid and account name  in private message

Based on the error message the collector is unable to upload to the SNTC portal and it is giving error 404. Is this the issue you want to troubleshoot?

Sim, este é um problema que estamos tendo com o upload com base na foto em anexo enviado anteriormente. Você pode nos informar qual é o problema e como troubleshoot esse problema?

Do you have CLI access to the collector server via SSH to the users collectorlogin and root?
If not do you have access via SSH with the user admin ? (note the authentication of the GUI Application is not the same as the CLI for SSH

para o troubleshooting sera necessario CLI acesso ao coletor

Você tem acesso CLI para o servidor coletor via SSH para os usuários colectorlogin e root ? (NAO SE PODE ACCESSAR root DIRECTAMENTE)

Se não acima,  você tem o acesso através de SSH com o usuário admin ? (NOTA:  a autenticação do aplicativo GUI não é a mesma que o CLI para o SSH )
