CSAM "You are not authorized to access this resource"

Hi, we have tried with 2 CCO accounts and failed CSAM login with error "You are not authorized to access this resource".

Both CCOs are linked to multiple Smartnet contracts.

We are unsure if a previous user is already a DA, my assumption is that any user can login but actions are restricted based on profile / role assignment?

You may only be able to access CSAM if you are a DA for your company. If you can provide some more details on your company/CCO IDs - We can help check who your DA may be.
