I have successfully added the csapi-customer-1.0 API access via the API dashboard and can generate tokens. I know these tokens are valid, they work with all my other API requests. However, when I make CSAPI requests I get unexpected results. Any ideas what could be causing this? I don't think I'm making any errors with the request itself because I'm not having any problems with the Support EoX endpoints using the same token.

Thank you for contacting Cisco.
I see you are facing this error "System is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later." but only when try to get information from csapi-customer-1.0 (Customer Info), but when you get information from Support EoX it works fine.
