No Graph Showing in CSPC Collector Managed Devices

Hi,

We're not getting any graph in the CSPC portal under View Managed Devices. Tried different graphic options but no output showing.

We're using CSPC 2.10.0.1. Please help.

Thank you for contacting Cisco and Global CX - Smart Services Support Team.

I regret to inform you that the mentioned feature has been deprecated and is no longer available. I would like to clarify that there are no plans to reinstate this feature but there is some graphical interface on the portal itself.

In the Dashboards section on your SNTC company portal, you can find graphical information about the Device Alert, Contact management for the devices, and Inventory Management of the devices.

Just in case you need to check further information about those options and more about the SNTC portal, I am attaching the SNTC user guide link below.
