I am reaching out to report an issue with the CSCP Collector appliance. The system recognizes the configured static IP address, but I am unable to ping the IP or access the web interface.
The configuration appears to be applied correctly via the console, but the appliance does not seem to be properly assigning or utilizing the IP address.
Attempts to ping the configured IP (including from within the same network and from other devices) fail.
Could you please assist in diagnosing and resolving this issue? Let me know if you require additional information or logs from the system.
