We're running CSP2.9 and are successfully discovering devices. From the CSP point of view Upload Jobs appear to be successful, but from the portal point of view, the Uploads Processing page isn't showing the uploads. some of the inventory in the portal is getting its timestamps updated for the jobs run from CSP. some of the inventory (like all C9Ks) are not showing in the inventory on the Portal even though they are listed in the CSP. Has anyone seen similar issues and can recommend troubleshooting steps?

Ran a connectivity test and received the following error
Failure response from connectivity: A connectivity exception occured while processing the request. The Exception is :: HTTPs TransportMode has Failed Read timed out
We re-installed the certificate and we are still seeing the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting the same thing, but I've never used smartnet total care portal before. Inventory shows successful and my devices are showing up in CSPC but get the same error doing test connectivity back to services.cisco.com
