CSPC 2.8 - CLI : Not able to get Basic details of device

Greetings Community,

I have a CSPC 2.8 collector installed and I am trying to collect data from an ASA5506H-X with FTD software, but every time I try this, it tells me the following: "CLI: Not able to get Basic details of device".

Is it possible to collect data with CSPC 2.8 to devices with FTD software?

Yes, I have the problem, too. I have checked the Network connectivity and SNMP configuration that are normal.

And also checked the firewall policy.  But still cannot solve it.

Please check the SNMP Configuration on 5506X FTD

There's no SNMP setting/option in FDM under device or system setting.

you can do it via its flexconfig. see helpful link:
