CSPC 2.9 and 2.10 trail version installation issue

Hi Team,

 

I am unable to register trail service in GUI getting timeout error . Not sure if some kind of bug is the reason for this behavior .

Hello,

After looking into the Snapshot provided provided , the error message comes out to be " Applying Trial License on CSPC timed out, Please try Again."

Since your collector requires the services of either SNTC or BCS, Trial version is not supported.
For the customer who wants SNTC service, they need to create a SNTC account and a SNTC certificate.
