CSPC GUI Password Reset and CCO Admin Change

Hello, we need to reset our GUI Admin password and the security questions are wrong/not working.

We also need our CCO admin changed to another account.

We have access to the CLI via admin, root etc, just not the GUI.

Hi Soren,

Sharing the steps that we took to resolve the issue-

Logged onto to CLI as collectorlogin and then switched to root

Opened the paridb under mysql

Deleted the old security questions from the database

Rebooted the VM

Entered the new security questions and updated the databse

What commands? what table? etc?

Hello Agrim! 

Can you kindly assist us with this process? We are having same exact issue. All else good except GUI keeps trying to force us to enter questions and answers for which it does not take the answers we know are correct.
