CSPC restore is missing registration Cert

Built new server for Migration to 2.10 from 2.9. After backup and restore the new server is stuck asking for regisSmart Net Collector Migration tration cert. Smart Net Collector Migration

Hello, 

 

The following was the resolution for the issue-

 

Provided steps for entitlement generation from SNTC portal. 

 

After verifying the details of the customer, provided customer Admin role to the user.

 

The customer was able to generate the entitlement.

I tried backup and restore and the new server is at the registration cert setup

You will need to generate a new entitlement certificate. 

 

Please follow the steps below for generating a new CSPC entitlement:

1) Log into your SNTC portal.

2) Go to Library -> All Collectors -> Actions -> Generate new CSP-C entitlement.

3) Provide cspc entitlement name & inventory name.

4) Click on Submit.

Your CSPC entitlement is now generated.

I don't see All Collectors as an option. Does that require elevated access?

However, it appears that the backup and restore did not take.
