CSPC server Connectivity service not running

hi,

anyone here who knows how to troubleshoot a CSPC server?

we installed a new one and configured it all.
added DNS, NTP and all options.

uploaded a certificate, validated all network connectivities but now the server is not uploading anything at all:

started with the latest ova file, patched to 10.2.0.3 and 10.2.0.5 and no solution.

we will try again with a fresh install but would love to know where to go and fix instead of redeploy it all  in the future.

Hi Madhysha,

we did a reinstall of the machine already, therefore this issue can't be diagnosed, the question was to be prepared for the future.

is there any troubleshooting we can do ourselves?

Hi,

This issue can be caused in many possibilities which we can find out by checking several options or logs. So it depends on cases to cases. 

Hence when you face such issue, you can create a post and we can provide you assistance.
