While trying to upgrade our CSPC Collector from 2.9 to 2.10 from the GUI, the webpage get stuck on "Loading" & the Cisco login screen never appears.....seems to just hang. I have tried on all the latest browser versions. (Google Chrome 98.0.4758.102, Firefox 91.6 & MS Edge 98.0.1108.56)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey,
I hope you are doing well !
We cannot directly upgrade from 2.9 to 2.10 . we can instead migrate to 2.10 and later patch it to the latest version which is 2.10.0.1 through CLI root . I would suggest you to directly deploy the 2.10.0.1 ova which is now available
by following this link: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312935/type/286312958/release/2.10.0.1
