Hi,
I have upgrade CSCP Collector from 2.9.2 to 2.9.3 using ssh upgrade process. Not errors receive during and after upgrade. But after upgrade when I try to access in browser https ipcollector:8001, I have only a blank white screen, I can't have option to login, etc... I have full access at CLI shell, admin and root. I do service restart to tomcat and cspc process, I do reboot to VM Collector but still the same white blank screen on browser. I'm trying another browser, I clear browser cache, I'm trying access from another computer but the same result, white blank screen.
After upgrade CSPC Collector not upload any data in to SNTC Portal, all dates are old, uploaded when collector run in to 2.9.2.

Hi Claudie,
WebEx was scheduled in order to troubleshoot the issue.
Troubleshooting done over WebEx:
• Checked if services are active for CSPC, tomcat & concsotgw
• Killed PID for CSPC
• Restarted CSPC
• Changed discovery settings via CLI
• Removed caches from CSPC
• GUI still not accessible.
As discussed over WebEx, informed to upgrade the CSPC to the version 2.9.1.4.
Further, CSPC was successfully upgraded to version 2.9.1.4 and GUI was also accessible.

Hi,
Thank you for quick replay!
When access collector GUI for 1 sec have an error "Internal error occurred. Please relogging and retry the operation" (first screen) and after that I have another white blank screen (second screen shot). I attached status of services.
